Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hunquynh.com and the services provided by Hunquynh ("Hunquynh", "we", "us"), including AI Native Company, AI Hub and AI Design (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Early access

The Services are offered in early access. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued. They may contain bugs and are provided without any service-level commitment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Your Content

You keep all rights to the content, code, prompts, designs and other material you submit ("Your Content") and to the output the Services generate for you, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. AI agents and output

• The Services use AI agents powered by third-party models, including Anthropic's Claude. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete or insecure.
• You are responsible for reviewing output, and for approving actions that agents propose, before relying on them or applying them to production systems.
• Approval gates and sandboxed workspaces reduce risk but do not remove it. You are responsible for the systems, credentials and repositories you connect to the Services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• build malware, attack systems, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive;
• violate the usage policies of the AI providers we use, including Anthropic's Usage Policy;
• provide legal, medical or financial advice to consumers without appropriate professional review;
• reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Services, or resell them without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party products such as Slack, GitHub and AI model providers. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Fees

Early access is currently free unless we agree otherwise. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the prices in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and branding, belong to Hunquynh and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except the right to use the Services as described here.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the Services. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export Your Content.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunquynh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hunquynh against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
