This Privacy Policy explains how Hunquynh ("Hunquynh", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit hunquynh.com or use our services, including AI Native Company, AI Hub (hub.hunquynh.com) and AI Design (design.hunquynh.com) (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and login credentials when you create an account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
• Content you provide: tasks, prompts, code, designs, comments, files and other material you submit to the Services ("Your Content").
• Integration data: if you connect third-party tools such as Slack or GitHub, the data those tools share with us under the permissions you grant.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, error logs and usage metrics such as AI model usage and cost per task.
• Communications: messages you send us, for example early-access requests by email.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Services, including running AI agents on your behalf.
• To authenticate you and keep the Services secure.
• To track usage and costs, and to troubleshoot and improve the Services.
• To respond to your requests and send service-related messages.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train our own AI models.

3. AI processing and third-party AI providers

The Services use third-party large language model providers, including Anthropic (Claude), to process Your Content. When you use AI features, the relevant content is sent to these providers to generate a response. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. AI output may be inaccurate, and you should review it before relying on it.

4. How we share information

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Services, such as cloud hosting, DNS, email and AI model providers, under obligations to protect it.
• Integrations you enable, such as Slack, when the Services post updates on your behalf.
• Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the public.
• A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Services use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can ask us to delete your account and Your Content at any time. We may keep limited records where the law requires it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption of stored credentials, isolated workspaces for AI agents and scoped access keys. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and our servers and service providers may be located in other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection law and the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

10. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify account holders.
